Suzuka Chinzei will appear on the cooking talk variety show Taberushi Shaberushi, which will air in a four-part series on TV Tokyo starting September 19.

On the show, the idol engages in candid conversation while cooking in the kitchen alongside Akari Hasegawa, a culinary expert and her close friend of 20 years. The two appeared as “TV Warriors” on NHK E’s educational program Tensai Terebi-kun. The pair will spend time together just as they are, eating and talking casually, without putting on airs or making a big deal out of things.

The show is also available on Tver. In addition, content such as unreleased talk segments that didn’t make it into the main episode will be released on social media.

■Comment from Suzuka Chinzei
“I’m genuinely happy that our show is finally starting, and above all, it’s incredibly moving to be able to appear on TV again alongside Akari, who’s been my friend for so long. We’d been saying for a while, “Someday, we should do something together,” so now that our dream has come true, I’m feeling really emotional. I’ve always admired Akari-chan for her versatility, and now that so many people know her as a cookbook author, she’s a constant source of inspiration for me!
I hope this show provides a moment of comfort and warmth when you come home at night feeling a little tired. I want to make this a show that adds a little color to your daily lives, and one that makes you think, “Maybe I’ll try making that tomorrow.” Please look forward to it!”
