FRUITS ZIPPER Holds Solo Concert ‘NATSU MATSURI ZIPPER’ at Hibiya Open-Air Concert Hall, More Nationwide Tour Dates Announced

FRUITS ZIPPER held a solo concert, NATSU MATSURI ZIPPER, at Hibiya Open-Air Concert Hall on August 11. During the performance, the group shared more tour dates for its upcoming nationwide tour, FRUITS ZIPPER JAPAN TOUR 2024 – AUTUMN – THE STORY OF SEVEN COLORS, which will begin on September 28.

The group’s performance at Hibiya Open-Air Concert Hall marked FRUITS ZIPPER’s first concert held on an outdoor stage and attracted around 3,000 guests.
To kick off the concert, the girls appeared during a festive Overture in costumes reminiscent of Happi coats. A total of 13 songs were performed during the show, including summer hits like Pure In The World and Fre-Fru Summer! Audiences were also treated to tracks from the group’s first album like Watashino Ichiban Kawaiitokoro, Kimino Akaruimiraiwo Oikakete, NEW KAWAII, and Going!

During the MC after the encore, member Mana Manaka announced additional tour dates for the group’s upcoming nationwide tour, FRUITS ZIPPER JAPAN TOUR 2024 – AUTUMN – THE STORY OF SEVEN COLORS. Not surprisingly, the audience responded with loud applause when they learned about the two additional performances coming to Aichi in November and Tokyo in December. 

On September 18, FRUITS ZIPPER will simultaneously release the Blu-ray and DVD of their 2nd-anniversary concert held at Nippon Budokan in May and their 2nd single, NEW KAWAII / Fruits Basket. Release events will be held in various locations to celebrate the release of the new single.
