Singer-songwriter Natsuki Kawanishi’s new song Risouteki Girl (Ideal Girl) will be released on April 26. Prior to its official release, the track was made available on TikTok starting April 1.
Last year, Kawanishi released her EP Magic Hour and performed two largely successful solo concerts in Tokyo and Osaka. Her new song captures the emotions and daily life of a girl seeking more self-confidence, and it has already reached 5 million views in total on social media, inspiring the decision to release it as a full digital single.
In addition, an Ideal Girl submission campaign was launched in conjunction with the TikTok pre-release. 30 lucky winners will be invited to a special concert and receive autographed merch.
In June, Kawanishi will hold her birthday event ‘Natsuki Kawanishi Turns 22~!’ in Osaka and Tokyo.
