On January 26, the dance vocal group ATARASHII GAKKO! will release the new songToryanse on the 88rising label.

The song was performed for the first time at the group’s first solo concert at Nippon Budokan on January 9, which sold out immediately after tickets went on sale. The uplifting dance tune boasts fun and playful lyrics and an electronic beat inspired by Brazilian Phonk and was inspired by traditional Japanese children’s songs. Packed with pride for their Japanese heritage and representative of the girl’s determination to keep paving the way in 2024, Toryanse is a treat for the ears.

In April 2024, ATARASHII GAKKO! will perform at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in California, one of the world’s largest music festivals. In June, they’ll take the stage at Primavera Sound in Madrid, Spain. Starting in May, the first fan club tour will take the group to five cities around Japan.
