Luna Nakagawa, a member of FRUITS ZIPPER, will officially make her solo debut under Sony Music Labels.

Nakagawa made a surprise appearance on the YouTube channel THE FIRST TAKE, which went live at 10:00 PM on September 18, announcing her debut, a first in the channel’s history. She performed his debut song, Asani Naranaide, for the first time.

Asani Naranaide is a track with an R&B groove that reflects her musical roots and gently expresses her struggle to fully embrace adulthood. This song showcases a new side of solo artist Luna Nakagawa, one that differs from the image she has presented as a member of FRUITS ZIPPER.

<Comment from Luna Nakagawa>
“From now on, I want to share lots of songs with all of you. Someday, I hope to perform my own songs as a solo artist at a big venue like the Nippon Budokan. There might be some differences compared to the songs I sing with FRUITS ZIPPER, but I’d be happy if you came to like this kind of music—and Luna Nakagawa—as well.”
