Singer-songwriter Natsuki Kawanishi will release her new song ‘Hare, Tokidoki Kaze Makase’ on January 31, 2025. The song is currently available on TikTok. 

The track was penned as the theme song for a segment seen on MBS’s Yonchan TV titled ‘Round-the-World Trip ~I’ll Promote the Expo On My Own~, which has been exploring the area’s participating in the Osaka-Kansai Expo for the past four months. The theme of the song is ‘travel,’ and it is a light-hearted pop number meant to inspire listeners to enjoy the present moment while looking toward the future.

“The theme of this song is ‘travel.’ It depicts the joy of encountering new things and the importance of having the courage to step out on your own to do so. Instead of looking back at the past, I hope that you’ll enjoy the present moment while looking toward the future. As the saying goes, “Tomorrow is another day.” Those were my thoughts when writing this track. 

The lyrics weave together scenes like “the border between orange and indigo,” “sunlight filtering through the trees,” and “the sound of the wind,” expressing the beauty and fragility of the present moment. This song is filled with a message to cherish the new moments and connections you encounter on your journey, even when you are lost.”
