Making her debut in 2002, MEG has reached the top spot on both the iTunes Western and Japanese album charts with BEAM, STEP, and BEAUTIFUL.

Along with solo tours, MEG has performed at WIRE (2005, Yokohama Arena), Japan Expo (2008-09, Paris), and a number of other events. The artist has appeared at many music festivals in Japan and abroad, including SUMMER SONIC (‘09) where she took the stage after Lady Gaga for an audience of 20,000. A representative fashion icon of Harajuku culture, MEG has also appeared on the cover of countless fashion magazines.

Along with creating her own original cosmetics, in recent years, the artist has received a number of offers for outside design work. MEG has created content for the UNIQLO ‘UT’ line, the British brand Fred Perry, and Converse. Her collaboration with the Evangelion film series was also a hot topic. MEG launched the apparel brand CAROLINA GLASER herself over 15 years ago and has supervised it since the beginning. Currently, the brand has a design section within BEAMS and is expanding through social media. In 2014, MEG became a special researcher at the ‘au Future Institute,’ and has helped develop future content and products.

MEG currently resides in London, England. With her diverse background and ample experience, the artist continues to design apparel, produce music, and assist other artists while raising her daughter.
