The convenience store chain Lawson held an audition exclusive to women working at the company titled the Lawson Dream Artist Audition. 

In February 2018, Momo Mashiro was selected as a featured vocalist on Jump in Tonight from Yasutaka Nakata’s album Digital Native, a track that served as the opening theme for the drama series Maji de Koukai Shitemasu. In 2019, she was also featured as a vocalist on Yasutaka Nakata’s track Pico Pico Tokyo. Following this early success, the artist has gone on to perform at ROCK IN JAPAN FESTIVAL, SONIC MANIA, and other overseas music events.

In February 2021, Mashiro made her major debut as a solo vocalist with Warner Music Japan. Her debut track, Onegai Sequencer, was written and composed by Yasutaka Nakata.
