GYUTAE is now appearing in Tanaka in Wonderland, which has been streaming exclusively on the vertical short-form drama app FOD SHORT since October 9.

The series follows a man who has lived his life for others as he comes to terms with himself through the world of drag queens, discovering his true self in the process.

GYUTAE plays Dolma Puttanesca, the club’s star queen who competes with the protagonist, Minato Tanaka, for the top spot. This also represents his acting debut.

■Comment from GYUTAE (Dolma Puttanesca)

“I recently had the opportunity to take on my first acting role through the wonderful character of Dolma. I often do drag makeup in my daily life, but actually performing in that look was nerve-wracking and challenging. Thanks to the guidance I received from my fellow cast members, it became a valuable experience that allowed me to discover a new side of myself. I hope this work touches your hearts, even just a little, and I hope you enjoy watching!”
