[Story]
Shuichiro Hayakawa, a high school student, has closed his mind and abandoned the music he loved because of an incident in his past. Sometimes, to fill the void, they would lay their body on top of another, regardless of who they were. Still, his heart was not satisfied, and one day, when he felt suffocatingly bitter, Hayakawa went to the roof of the school building. In that empty place, where the sky and the sea meld beautifully, he could naturally hum music that he should have discarded.
On the rooftop, Hayakawa meets a classmate, Ryohei Konno. Hayakawa is drawn to Konno, who is brusque but straightforward with his camera, which he loves. At the same time, however, he compared himself with Konno, who never
wavers in his pursuit of what he loves and his dreams, and he developed an irrepressible sense of jealousy and inferiority. Hayakawa, almost crushed by his complex emotions, gives in to his feelings that he is unable to handle. From that day on, their relationship changed from one of friendship to something else… The story then moves on to their college days. Konno is studying photography at an art college as he had hoped, but he and Hayakawa have grown apart. However, an event is about to bring their fates together once again…
