ATARASHII GAKKO! Wraps up Part 1 of 13-Stop World Tour in Europe and Asia

2024.07.03

In 2021, ATARASHII GAKKO!  made their world debut under the 88rising record label. This year, the group played the Gobi Stage at Coachella, the world’s largest music festival, and on June 29, the girls wrapped up Calling WORLD TOUR Part 1 after successfully playing 13 cities across Europe and Asia.

This was the group’s second overseas tour following last year’s THE SEISHUN TOUR, and audiences were overjoyed to welcome the girls to each venue. The live performance featured songs from their latest album, including many tracks cultivated for overseas audiences, and transformed each locale into an electrifying party.

The group will perform at numerous festivals and on select music programs in Japan in July and August before setting out on their World Tour Part 2 in September, traveling to 12 locations in North America. The Mexico concert, being held in a venue with a capacity of approximately 8,000 people, has already sold out, indicating how popular the group is overseas.

In November, ATARASHII GAKKO! will embark on its largest-ever Japan tour, ATARASHII GAKKO! Tour 2024 (Tentative Title), with a total of 13 shows in 7 cities. Their live performances are a must-see, with each member becoming powerful after their world tour.

<Comment from ATARASHII GAKKO!>
“After visiting 13 cities,
AG! Calling WORLD TOUR Part 1 has come to an end!
We visited many places in Europe and Asia for the first time, and tons of fans came to enjoy the show and live in the moment with us. We couldn’t believe they had waited so long to see us, it was really moving.
We’re not sure how far our energy can reach around the globe, but we will keep performing. We’re overflowing with so much love, joy, and gratitude because the four of us get to keep performing and enjoying each moment as ATARASHII GAKKO!
AG! are sisters forever.
We’ll continue to shock, impress, and excite everyone in the universe, and we’ll live our youth to the fullest!”
