On October 31, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu released the new song Genjitsu-Touhi.

The new track features Kyary’s vocals cutting through sharp synths and meticulously constructed beats created by Yasutaka Nakata. The chorus explodes with humorous rhymes and pop-infused sounds, and Kyary’s escape from reality effortlessly transcends the tension of everyday life.

This song was first performed at the Halloween event “CRAZY PARTY NIGHT” held at ZEROTOKYO on October 31. Taku Takahashi (m-flo), RAM RIDER, MANON, TREKKIE TRAX CREW, and other top names representing the club scene come together for the event where Japanese culture and dance music intersect. Kyary appeared in a jet-black outfit perfect for Halloween, wearing a dress covered in black ribbons that she herself dubbed the “Chic Ribbon Monster.” The choreography was handled by Maiko, who has created numerous signature dances for the popular artist, including PONPONPON, Ninja Re Bang Bang, and Fashion Monster. The performance captivated the audience with its sharp and somewhat humorous movements.
